I hated looking in the mirror and I didn’t want anyone to see my wrinkly, post baby belly skin and I wanted to suck in that extra roll as much as possible.
I was miserable, tired and not confident at all but that all changed when I found the perfect program for me!
I created my first challenge group almost 3 years ago with family and friends, there’s no way I would have gotten through it without that accountability!
I lost 30 lbs and most importantly I gained confidence, I gained new friendship and I now have created a lasting lifestyle change.
